GARDEN LIBRARY and WRITE A POSTCARD TO YOUR GRANDMA

You are kindly invited to join us for a reading session at the Juliana Alpine Botanical Garden in Trenta! In the pleasurable shade of the trees, with the murmur of the Soča River, birds singing and the rustling of leaves, reading books will no doubt be highly relaxing. You will be able to borrow books in the garden itself.

To enable parents to read in a relaxed manner, a workshop for children will also be held in the garden – WRITE A POSTCARD TO YOUR GRANDMA. Postcards with motifs from Juliana and stamps will be available in the garden itself. The workshop will be coordinated by librarian specialist Alenka Jamnik from the special library of the Slovenian Museum of Natural History, who will also read to the children a fairy tale related to mountains and alpine plants.

Entrance fee to the garden according to the price list, guided tours are free.
